Most people can perform better and gain faster results in the evening than in the morning. This is because:
- The body is more hydrated.
- It is more fueled with glycogen.
- The core temperature is the highest.
This is important because core temperature highly contributes to exercise performance. In simpler words, you’re the strongest when your core temperature is highest, i.e. at around 3 pm to 9 pm.
